满 £25 起送，满 £45 包邮。£25–£45 的订单，按次日达快递合作商的费率收取运费。
发货日期：
下单时可选择偏好的发货日期，请注意发货日不等于配送日。
配送日期：
我们所有订单均使用次日达服务（如皇家邮政 Tracked 24）；但实际送达日期由快递公司决定，可能因快递运营、天气及其他不可控因素延迟，敬请谅解。
收件责任：
客户需确保在实际送达日可正常收件；如因无人签收、错过派送等客户原因导致面包变质或影响品质，我们无法退款哦。
物流追踪：
订单发货后，你将收到物流追踪详情，可实时查看配送进度。
取消政策：
所选发货日前 24 小时内的订单不可取消。
订单制作：
我们在发货当日制作面包，确保为你提供最新鲜的产品。
免责声明：
- 物流运输过程中，可能因暴力分拣、挤压碰撞等不可控因素，导致面包出现挤压变形、轻微破损等情况。若此类问题不影响正常食用，我方将无法承担相关责任；若已影响食用，我们会根据实际情况酌情处理，敬请谅解。
- 面包均为纯手工制作，过程中可能出现轻微开裂、空包、形状不均等细微瑕疵，此类情况属于正常工艺范畴，不影响食用及品质的哟。
- 温馨提示：若对面包的外形规整度、表面完整性有较高要求（介意手工细微瑕疵及运输可能造成的轻微外观损伤），建议谨慎下单哦。

Minimum Order Value: We currently ship orders of £25 or more.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over £45.
Standard Delivery Fee: For orders £25-£45, the delivery fee will be determined based on the next-day delivery rate provided by our trusted courier partner.
Dispatch Date Selection: At the time of checkout, you can choose your preferred dispatch day. Please note that the dispatch day is not the delivery day.
Delivery Date: We use next-day delivery services (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 24); however, the actual delivery date is determined by the courier and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to courier operations, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. Thank you for your understanding.
Receiving Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are available to receive the delivery on the actual delivery day. If the bread spoils or loses quality due to customer-related reasons (e.g. missed delivery, unavailable to receive the parcel), we are unable to offer a refund.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the chosen dispatch day.
Freshness Commitment: We prepare bread on the same day as dispatch to ensure you enjoy the freshest product possible.
Disclaimer:
During transportation, uncontrollable logistics factors such as rough handling, extrusion or collision may cause issues like squeezed deformation or slight damage to the bread. We shall not be liable for such problems if the bread is still edible; if it becomes inedible due to the damage, we will handle it appropriately based on the actual situation. Thank you for your understanding.
All bread is handcrafted, so minor flaws such as slight cracks, hollow centers, or slight deformation may occur. These are normal phenomena in the handmade process and do not affect edibility or quality.
Kind Reminder: If you have high requirements for the regularity and surface integrity of the bread (and are concerned about minor handmade flaws or slight appearance damage caused by transportation), please place your order cautiously.
